My Passion is people, my Enthusiasm is Business…my Mission is to assist salon owners in achieving the dream they had when first going in to business. To help them live that dream through empowering them to create a business that will operate on autopilot so they can do the things they want to do…not have to do.

I do everything possible to ensure my clients get the result they need and more!

If you aren’t making more money, taking more time out and singing my praises when I’ve finished, then I’ve failed.

I am a business enthusiast who has completed my business apprenticeship at the coal face having owned and grown three businesses within the Hair and Beauty industry. Since selling these, I’ve formalised my business experience by completing and passing my Masters Degree (MBA), graduating from Massey University.

After spending some time managing a team of business coaches throughout New Zealand I decided to follow my passion of helping people and doing something that I enjoyed which was business, I absolutely love the beauty industry and empowering salon owners to achieve the kind of results they wanted when first opened their salon.

I’ve always had an association with the Hair and Beauty Industry and thoroughly enjoy working in the diverse and fun environments within. I’ve walked a mile in the shoes of a salon owner and have empathy and understanding of the intricacies of running a Salon.

I believe people are, on the whole, genuine, and they want to do the best they can do. I also believe that they can only do the best they can do with their current knowledge… so if I expect people to do more, then I need to help them gain more knowledge. I give and expect trust, honesty, Integrity and understanding. I love to have fun and make this an integral part of everything I do.

I have learnt that to really excel at something we need to be passionate about it and find that I work best with people who are open to change and willing to work at improvement in themselves as well as business.

Other Stuff About Me

I love music, playing a number of instruments; Saxophone, trombone, trumpet, 12 & 6 String guitar. I thoroughly enjoy swimming at the beach, snorkeling and fishing. I enjoy the garden… just not gardening! My ideal day off is riding my Suzuki on the open road in the summer sun.

Rugby League is king and you can find me watching my 2 boys excel at this sport every weekend I can. I also love spending time with my partner Janet, we enjoy time with good friends, dinners out, Thai and Indian food and cozy nights at home in the winter.
